The service
Travoy helps travel agencies turn customer requests into quotes, collect payment in the agency's own name, and send confirmations and vouchers. A person at the agency approves every price before it goes to a customer.
Your account and team
Keep your sign-in safe and tell us at hello@travoy.ai if you think someone else used your account. Agency owners decide who joins their team and with which role.
Acceptable use
Only message customers and suppliers who agreed to hear from you, through official channels. Don't use Travoy to send bulk or cold messages, or to access supplier portals with someone else's details.
Payments
Customers pay the agency directly. Travoy never holds customers' money and never asks for card numbers.
Prices and bookings
Hotel prices and availability come from hotels and suppliers. The agency checks and approves every price and is responsible for the bookings it confirms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email before important changes take effect.
